Morley Observer/Advertiser 19/7/06 Councillor Finnegan states, arrogantly, “with party supporters – you only get half the tale” (Lettters, july 12). How does he know they are party supporters? Couldn’t they merely be praising the good work done by Coun Beverley. Could he tell us then, what we get from his self-appraising letter? None of the truth. If he had done as much as he said, surely someone would have written in for him. Letters from councillors praising themselves to high heaven should be viewed with extreme caution!
